At the Kristen French Child Advocacy Centre, we believe that summer camp provides children with an enriching experience that promotes personal growth, development, and well-being. That is why we have added a new program, Club Acorn, designed to encompass all of the elements of our well-known Camp Acorn, but into two hours. During Club Acorn, children will be provided with the opportunity to build new friendships, build self-confidence, and create lasting memories. Children can look forward to all our classic Camp Acorn activities such as:
- Painting, drawing and sketching.
- Tie-dye and fabric art
- Field games like capture the flag and relay races.
- Problem solving challenges
- Cooperative games.
- And more!
