Every child should be provided with a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore their emotions and connect with their bodies. During Peaceful Warriors, our trauma informed yoga program, participants will foster resilience, self-awareness, and personal autonomy through a combination of yoga postures, breathing exercises and mindfulness practices led by a local 500 hr. trained yoga teacher, Abbey Morris.
Participants will explore concepts and themes such as:
- Mindfulness
- Positive Self-Talk
- Self-Compassion
- Personal Autonomy

Children registered in the program will have access to a yoga mat and journal. Please ensure that children come dressed in comfortable clothing and bring a reusable water bottle.
